Norvex Aluminate primarily delivers digital goods electronically. Most products do not require physical shipping unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

1. Digital Delivery

Most orders are fulfilled by electronic delivery, account crediting, code issuance, or other digital methods depending on the specific product.

2. Processing Time

Many eligible orders are processed within minutes to a few hours after successful payment confirmation. Some orders may take longer due to manual verification, anti-fraud review, system maintenance, publisher-side limitations, or incomplete customer information.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that all submitted information is accurate, including player ID, UID, server, region, platform, game title, and any required account details. Incorrect information may cause delay, failed delivery, or delivery to the wrong account.

4. Delayed Orders

An order may remain pending while payment or account details are reviewed. If additional information is required, our support team may contact you before fulfillment is completed.

5. Failed or Missing Delivery
